These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Superlunar Design website and the services offered by Superlunar Design. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services: The specific scope of services provided by Superlunar Design will be defined in individual client contracts or on offer pages. These contracts or pages will outline the project details, deliverables, and any additional terms or conditions.

2. Use of Website: You agree to use the Superlunar Design website in a lawful manner and refrain from engaging in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with its operation. Unauthorized use or access to the website may result in legal action.

3. Age Restriction: Superlunar Design's services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Intellectual Property: Unless specified in a client contract, all intellectual property rights for the work created by Superlunar Design belong to Christina Hall. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered products solely for their intended purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability: Superlunar Design disclaims any liability for damages or losses incurred by clients or third parties arising from the use of our services. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Payment Terms: For Intensives or consultation calls, payment is due at the time of booking. For website and brand packages, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the project proposal, with the remaining 50% due upon final project delivery. In the case of a payment plan, the first payment serves as the deposit. Failure to provide necessary assets or communication delays by the client may result in a 5% per day fee.

7. Deposit and Cancellation: Clients understand that a deposit is required to secure a project's initiation. In the event of client cancellation after payment, the deposit is non-refundable. Superlunar Design reserves the right to cancel or terminate a contract at any time and at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of Superlunar Design's services shall be resolved through negotiations and discussions in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington for legal proceedings.

9. Amendments: Superlunar Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective upon posting the updated version on our website.
