Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the digital products and services provided by Superlunar Design are retained by our company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased products solely for their intended purposes.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

Clients are bound by a confidentiality obligation regarding any proprietary or confidential information shared with them during the course of the project. The breach of the NDA may result in legal consequences.

Limitation of Liability:

Superlunar Design limits its liability for any damages incurred by the client, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental. Clients assume all risks associated with the use of our products and services.

Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Superlunar Design harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
